Jason Guthrie is Head of Digital Assets for WisdomTree in Europe. Jason oversees WisdomTree’s digital assets efforts, which include bringing new products to market, identifying opportunities to enhance existing products, driving distribution strategies and leading client education and engagement on cryptocurrencies. He is responsible for efforts beyond the traditional product set and is actively pushing the digital asset agenda by pursuing alternative and strategic projects.
Previously, Jason was Head of Capital Markets for WisdomTree in Europe for four years, where his team was responsible for ensuring clients had a smooth trade execution experience. Prior to joining WisdomTree, Jason worked at Deutsche Bank’s ETF Capital Markets group and Macquarie Bank as an investment executive based in Sydney, Australia. Jason holds a bachelor of commerce (finance) from Macquarie University in Sydney.

Jeremy Schwartz has served as our Global Chief Investment Officer since November 2021 and leads WisdomTree’s investment strategy team in the construction of WisdomTree’s equity Indexes, quantitative active strategies and multi-asset Model Portfolios. Jeremy joined WisdomTree in May 2005 as a Senior Analyst, adding Deputy Director of Research to his responsibilities in February 2007. He served as Director of Research from October 2008 to October 2018 and as Global Head of Research from November 2018 to November 2021. Before joining WisdomTree, he was a head research assistant for Professor Jeremy Siegel and, in 2022, became his co-author on the sixth edition of the book Stocks for the Long Run. Jeremy is also co-author of the Financial Analysts Journal paper “What Happened to the Original Stocks in the S&P 500?” He received his B.S. in economics from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and hosts the Wharton Business Radio program Behind the Markets on SiriusXM 132. Jeremy is a member of the CFA Society of Philadelphia.

Christopher Gannatti began at WisdomTree as a Research Analyst in December 2010, working directly with Jeremy Schwartz, CFA®, Director of Research. In January 2014, he was promoted to Associate Director of Research, where he was responsible for leading different groups of analysts and strategists within the broader Research team at WisdomTree. In February 2018, Christopher was promoted to Head of Research, Europe, where he is based out of WisdomTree’s London office and responsible for the full WisdomTree research effort within the European market, as well as supporting the UCITs platform globally. Christopher came to WisdomTree from Lord Abbett, where he worked for four and a half years as a regional consultant. He received his MBA in quantitative finance, accounting and economics from NYU’s Stern School of Business in 2010 and his bachelor’s degree in economics from Colgate University in 2006. Christopher is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Aneeka Gupta is a Director of Research at WisdomTree. Prior to the acquisition of Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) Securities in April 2018, Aneeka worked as an equity and commodities strategist at the company. She has 17 years of experience working as a research analyst across a wide range of asset classes. In her current role, she is responsible for conducting analysis for all in-house equity, commodity and macro publications and assisting the sales team with client queries about products and markets.
Aneeka holds an MSc in mathematics from Oxford University and a BSc in mathematics from the University of Delhi, India. She is also a chartered financial analyst (CFA).

As part of WisdomTree’s Investment Strategy group, Kevin serves as Head of Fixed Income Strategy. In this role, he contributes to the asset allocation team, writes fixed income-related content and travels with the sales team, conducting client-facing meetings and providing expertise on WisdomTree’s existing and future bond ETFs. In addition, Kevin works closely with the fixed income team. Prior to joining WisdomTree, Kevin spent 30 years at Morgan Stanley, where he was Managing Director and Chief Fixed Income Strategist for Wealth Management. He was responsible for tactical and strategic recommendations and created asset allocation models for fixed income securities. He was a contributor to the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management Global Investment Committee, primary author of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management’s monthly and weekly fixed income publications, and collaborated with the firm’s Research and Consulting Group Divisions to build ETF and fund manager asset allocation models. Kevin has an MBA from Pace University’s Lubin Graduate School of Business, and a B.S in Finance from Fairfield University.


Will Peck serves as Head of Digital Assets. In this role, he oversees WisdomTree’s digital asset, crypto and blockchain initiatives. These initiatives include crypto asset management products, tokenization and WisdomTree’s digital wallet offering, WisdomTree Prime. Previously, he served as Head of Strategy and Emerging Technologies for WisdomTree. Prior to WisdomTree, he worked in investment banking for Bank of America Merrill Lynch covering a range of financial services companies. Will serves on the Board of Directors of Securrency, Inc., a technology company focused on blockchain-based financial services infrastructure. He graduated cum laude from Harvard University.

Benjamin Dean is a Director on the Digital Assets team for WisdomTree. He focuses on overall digital asset strategy, research and external relations. Before joining the company, Ben was cyber catastrophe lead at Hiscox Insurance Group. His prior work experience covered the opportunities and risks presented by emerging technologies for organizations including the OECD and the European Parliament.
Ben was a Fellow for cybersecurity and received a master of international affairs from the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University. He also graduated with honors from the University of Sydney with a bachelor of economic and social sciences.

Mirva Anttila joined WisdomTree’s Research team as a Director in August 2022 from a senior advisory role at a Swedish fund advisory firm. Prior to that, she headed an alternative investments team at Finnish asset manager FIM and spent more than 15 years as a senior partner and portfolio manager at a New York-based family office focused on listed technology and growth stock investing, as well as alternative investments. In addition, Mirva has more than six years of experience from the sell side as head of the telecom equities team at Danske Securities and as a director at CIBC Capital Markets. Mirva started her career in strategic planning at Nokia. She holds a master of science degree in economics from Aalto University, Finland.

Nitesh Shah is Head of Commodities & Macroeconomic Research, Europe, at WisdomTree. Prior to the acquisition of ETF Securities in April 2018, Nitesh was a commodities strategist for the company. Nitesh has 20 years of experience as an economist and strategist, covering a wide range of markets and asset classes.
At WisdomTree, he has been leading research efforts in the commodity space, developing accessible publications targeted to a wide audience. His gold model and outlooks are widely anticipated by clients.
Nitesh began his career at HSBC Investment Bank. He went on to become an economist at the Pension Protection Fund and then an economist covering the European structured finance markets at Moody’s Investors Service, where he was a member of Moody’s global macroeconomics team.
Nitesh holds a bachelor of science in economics from the London School of Economics and a master of arts in international economics and finance from Brandeis University.

Pierre Debru heads the Quantitative Research & Multi Asset Solutions team in Europe for WisdomTree. Pierre joined the WisdomTree Research team in 2019 as a Director. He focuses on cross-asset quantitative research, client portfolio solutions and short and leverage investments. Prior to joining the company, Pierre worked in investment research for DWS and the XTrackers range for more than five years. During this period, he focused on smart beta investments, model portfolio construction and thought leadership. Pierre has more than 17 years of experience in investments and structured asset management. He graduated from École Centrale Paris and obtained a master of science in mathematics applied to finance.

Liqian Ren, PhD, joined WisdomTree as Director of Modern Alpha in 2018. She leads WisdomTree’s quantitative investment capabilities and serves as a thought leader for WisdomTree’s Modern Alpha® approach. Liqian was previously at Vanguard, where she worked for 12 years, most recently as a portfolio manager in the Quantitative Equity Group, managing Vanguard’s active funds and conducting research on factor strategies. Prior to joining Vanguard, she was an associate economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago. Liqian received her bachelor’s degree in computer science from Peking University in Beijing, her master’s in economics from Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and her MBA and PhD in economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Liqian co-hosts a podcast on China and Asian markets with Jeremy Schwartz, WisdomTree’s Global Head of Research, and she is a co-host on the Wharton Business Radio program Behind the Markets on SiriusXM 132.

Jeff Weniger, CFA serves as Head of Equity Strategy at WisdomTree. In his role, Weniger helps to formulate the firm’s stock market outlook by assessing macro and fundamental trends. Prior to joining WisdomTree, he was Director, Senior Strategist at BMO, where he worked in the office of the CIO from 2006 to 2017. He served on the firm’s Asset Allocation Committee and co-managed the firm’s ETF model portfolios for both the U.S. and Canada. In 2013, at the age of 32, Jeff was chosen as the youngest member of BMO’s Global Investment Forum, which collected the firm’s top global strategists to formulate the firm’s official long-term outlook for investment trends and markets. Jeff has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Florida and an MBA from Notre Dame. He has been a CFA charterholder and a member of the CFA Society of Chicago since 2006. He has appeared in various financial publications such as Barron’s and the Wall Street Journal and makes regular appearances on Canada’s Business News Network (BNN) and Wharton Business Radio.

Alejandro Saltiel joined WisdomTree in May 2017 as part of the Quantitative Research team. Alejandro oversees the firm’s Equity indexes and actively managed ETFs. He is also involved in the design and analysis of new and existing strategies. Alejandro leads the quantitative analysis efforts across equities and alternatives and contributes to the firm’s website tools and model portfolio infrastructure. Prior to joining WisdomTree, Alejandro worked at HSBC Asset Management’s Mexico City office as Portfolio Manager for multi-asset mutual funds. Alejandro received his Master’s in Financial Engineering degree from Columbia University in 2017 and a Bachelor’s in Engineering degree from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México (ITAM) in 2010. He is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Matt Wagner joined WisdomTree in May 2017 as an Analyst on the Research team. In his current role as an Associate Director, he supports the creation, maintenance, and reconstitution of our indexes and actively managed ETFs. Matt started his career at Morgan Stanley, working as an analyst in Treasury Capital Markets from 2015 to 2017 where he focused on unsecured funding planning, execution and risk management. Matt graduated from Boston College in 2015 with a B.A. in International Studies with a concentration in Economics. In 2020, he earned a Certificate in Advanced Valuation from NYU Stern. Matt is a holder of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Blake Heimann is a Senior Associate on the Quantitative Research & Multi Asset Solutions team at WisdomTree, based in Europe. He initially joined WisdomTree in 2020 as an Analyst on the Research team in the U.S. In his current role, he is responsible for supporting the creation, maintenance, and reconstitution of equity and digital asset indices.
Blake's finance career began in 2017 at TD Ameritrade, where he started as an Analyst before transitioning to a role as a Quantitative Analyst. During this time, he focused on research and development of machine learning applications in finance. Blake holds bachelor's degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Iowa State University, and he has completed his Master's in Computer Science with a specialization in Machine Learning at Georgia Tech.

Rick Harper serves as the Chief Investment Officer, Fixed Income and Model Portfolios at WisdomTree Asset Management, where he oversees the firm’s suite of fixed income and currency exchange-traded funds. He is also a voting member of the WisdomTree Model Portfolio Investment Committee and takes a leading role in the management and oversight of the fixed income model allocations. He plays an active role in risk management and oversight within the firm.
Rick has over 29 years investment experience in strategy and portfolio management positions at prominent investment firms. Prior to joining WisdomTree in 2007, Rick held senior level strategist roles with RBC Dain Rauscher, Bank One Capital Markets, ETF Advisors, and Nuveen Investments. At ETF Advisors, he was the portfolio manager and developer of some of the first fixed income exchange-traded funds. His research has been featured in leading periodicals including the Journal of Portfolio Management and the Journal of Indexes. He graduated from Emory University and earned his MBA at Indiana University.
