Overview
Product Description
The WisdomTree Efficient Rare Earth Plus Strategic Metals Fund seeks total return by investing, either directly or through a wholly-owned subsidiary, in a portfolio composed of a basket of commodity metals futures contracts from an eligible exchange and a basket of equity securities issued by global companies primarily involved in strategic metals and rare earths mining activities.
Why WDIG?
- Gain targeted exposure to strategic metals and rare earth supply chains through combined equities and futures, capturing rising demand driven by electrification, AI infrastructure, energy transition, and defense technologies globally.
- Use as both a complement and partial replacement for traditional commodities or natural resources allocations, offering a capital-efficient structure that integrates commodity price exposure with equity upside from mining companies.
- Use to satisfy demand for real asset exposure tied to structural megatrends, as investors seek inflation-sensitive, geopolitically relevant, and supply-constrained materials critical to modern industrial and technological systems.

Performance is historical and does not guarantee future results. Current performance may be lower or higher than quoted. Investment returns and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor's shares, when redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost. Performance data for the most recent month-end is available above.
WisdomTree shares are bought and sold at market price (not NAV) and are not individually redeemed from the Fund. Total Returns are calculated using the daily 4:00pm net asset value (NAV). Market price returns reflect the midpoint of the bid/ask spread as of the close of trading on the exchange where Fund shares are listed. Market price returns do not represent the returns you would receive if you traded shares at other times.

After-Tax Held Returns represent return on Fund shares after taxes on distributions and assumes Fund shares have not been sold. After-Tax Sold Returns represent returns on Fund shares after taxes on distributions and the sale of the Fund shares.
After-tax returns are calculated using the historical highest individual federal marginal income tax rates and do not reflect the impact of state and local taxes. Actual after-tax returns depend on the investor's individual tax rates and may differ from those shown.
In some cases the return after taxes may exceed the return before taxes due to an assumed tax benefit from any losses on a sale of fund shares at the end of the measurement period.

Important Risk Information
This information must be preceded or accompanied by a prospectus, click here to view or download prospectus. We advise you to consider the fund's objectives, risks, charges and expenses carefully before investing. The prospectus contains this and other important information about the fund. Please read the prospectus carefully before you invest.
There are risks associated with investing, including possible loss of principal. The Fund is actively managed and invests in commodity metals futures contracts from an eligible exchange, and equity securities issued by global companies primarily involved in strategic metals and rare earths mining activities.
The value of metal commodities, such as various mined metals and commodity-linked derivative instruments, such as commodity metals futures contracts, typically is based upon the price movements of the physical commodity or an economic variable linked to such price movements. Price movements in metals and commodity metals futures contracts may fluctuate quickly and dramatically, have a historically low correlation with the returns of the stock and bond markets, and may not correlate to price movements in other asset classes. By investing in the equity securities of metal miners, the Fund may be susceptible to financial, economic, political, or market events that impact the metal mining industry. Derivatives are used by the Fund to gain exposure to strategic metals and rare earth mining activities. Derivative investments can be volatile and may be less liquid than other investments. As a result, the value of an investment in the Fund may change quickly and without warning you may lose money. A fund that has a portfolio that is concentrated in the securities of issuers in a particular industry or group of related industries, may be adversely affected by the performance of those securities, and more susceptible to adverse economic, market, political, or regulatory occurrences affecting that industry or group of related industries.
While the Fund is actively managed, the Fund’s investment process is heavily dependent on quantitative models and the models may not perform as intended. Please read the Fund’s prospectus for specific details regarding the Fund’s risk profile.
- Fund Distribution Yield - Fund Distribution Yield is calculated by annualizing the most recent Fund distribution and dividing by the current Fund NAV. The yield represents a single distribution from the Fund and does not represent the total returns of the Fund.
- SEC 30-day Yield – The yield figure reflects the dividends and interest earned during the period, after the deduction of the fund's expenses. This is also referred to as the "standardized yield"
- Portfolio Dividend Yield - Represents the aggregate weighted yield on the portfolio securities held by a fund on a specified date. The Portfolio Dividend Yield is calculated on a daily basis and "looks through" to the actual holdings of the fund. It creates a snapshot each day of the weighted yield of each portfolio holding based on the 12-month trailing dividend per share divided by its current price. This does not represent any Funds actual distribution. The yield is NOT a current yield since no annualizing factor is used. The Gross Portfolio Dividend Yield reflects the total amount of distributions on each security in the Fund's portfolio. For investments in U.S. securities, the gross yield and the net yield will be identical. In the case of foreign securities however, taxes are withheld by foreign governments. Each country has a different withholding rate. The Net Portfolio Dividend Yield is the Gross Yield less taxes based on a designated tax rate for each security of a foreign country represented in the Fund's portfolio. Investors may be able to receive a credit on their tax returns for taxes withheld by foreign governments - please check with your tax adviser.
- Gross Buyback Yield – Represents the company’s gross share repurchase over the past year to its market capitalization.
- Net Buyback Yield – Represents the amount of a company’s net share repurchase over the past year to its market capitalization.
- Price/Earnings (P/E) Ratio – Share price divided by earnings per share. Lower numbers indicate an ability to access greater amounts of earnings per dollar invested.
- Estimated Price/Earnings Ratio - Share price divided by estimated 12-month earnings per share. Lower numbers indicate an ability to access greater amounts of estimated 12-month earnings per dollar invested.
- Price/Book (P/B) Ratio – Share price divided by book value per share. Lower numbers indicate an ability to access greater amounts of earnings per dollar invested.
- Price/Sales (P/S) Ratio - The ratio for valuing a stock relative to its own past performance, other companies or the market itself.
- Price/Cash Flow (P/CF) Ratio - Share price divided by cash flow per share. Lower numbers indicate an ability to access greater amounts of cash flows per dollar invested.
- Median Bid/Ask Spread (30-Day Avg.) – This figure represents the typical difference between the prices at which a fund can be bought and sold, based on the median of daily bid/ask spreads over the past 30 trading days
