WisdomTree® is a New York-based exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) sponsor and asset manager. In June 2006, WisdomTree launched with a big idea and an impressive mission—to create a better way to invest. We are currently seeking a person to act as the Designated Person for Investment Management Oversight (PCF-39D) and Designated Person for Distribution (PCF-39E), subject to Central Bank of Ireland approval. The successful candidate will be responsible for the oversight and supervision of delegated investment management and distribution activities in respect of WisdomTree’s Irish-domiciled funds and issuers, in accordance with Central Bank of Ireland requirements (including CP86), UCITS delegation framework and WisdomTree’s governance, delegation, and oversight arrangements.
