Ayush compte près d’une décennie d’expérience dans le secteur des services financiers, ayant précédemment occupé des postes dans des équipes de recherche en investissement chez J.P. Morgan et Franklin Templeton. Au sein de ces institutions, il a été responsable du développement et de la gestion de produits smart beta en actions et en obligations, ainsi que de produits de primes de risque multi-actifs destinés aux clients institutionnels et de détail à l’échelle mondiale. Son expérience couvre plusieurs catégories d’actifs et profils d’investissement.

Ayush est titulaire d’une licence et d’une maîtrise en ingénierie physique et nanosciences de l’Institut indien de technologie de Bombay.
