WisdomTree

2025 Capital Gains Distributions

Capital gain distributions from an ETF result from the Fund selling securities at a gain, and are distributed on a per share basis each December. We’re pleased to provide a list of estimated year-end capital gain distributions for the WisdomTree ETFs.

Please keep in mind the following:

  • Short-term capital gains, long-term capital gains, and ordinary income are taxed at different rates. Please consult a tax advisor regarding your specific tax situation.
  • Prospective investors should consider purchasing shares after the record date in order to avoid a tax liability on gains their shares did not earn.
  • You should not make investment decisions based on the information found here. Investors should consult their legal, tax and financial advisors before making any financial decisions.

Investors should carefully consider the investment objectives, risks, charges and expenses of the Funds before investing. U.S. investors only: To obtain a prospectus containing this and other important information, please call 1-212-801-1080, or click-here to view or download a prospectus online. Read the prospectus carefully before you invest. There are risks involved with investing, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

There are risks associated with investing, including possible loss of principal. Blockchain technology is a relatively new and untested technology, with little regulation. Potential risks include vulnerability to fraud, theft, or inaccessibility, and future regulatory developments effect its viability. A Fund focusing its investments on certain sectors increases its vulnerability to any single economic or regulatory development, which may result in greater share price volatility. U.S. Treasury obligations may provide relatively lower returns than those of other securities. Changes to the financial condition or credit rating of the U.S. government may cause the value to decline. Fixed income securities are subject interest rate, credit, inflation, and reinvestment risks. Generally, as interest rates rise, the value of fixed-income securities falls. Cybersecurity attacks affecting the Funds' third-party service providers, App, blockchain network, or the issuers of securities in which the Funds invest may subject the Funds to many of the same risks associated with direct cybersecurity breaches. Please read each Fund's prospectus for specific details regarding each Fund's risk profile.

Foreign investing involves currency, political and economic risk. Funds focusing on a single country, sector and/or funds that emphasize investments in smaller companies may experience greater price volatility. Investments in emerging markets, real estate, currency, fixed income and alternative investments include additional risks. Due to the investment strategy of certain Funds, they may make higher capital gain distributions than other ETFs. Please see prospectus for discussion of risks.
