WisdomTree U.S. SmallCap Quality Dividend Growth Index

The WisdomTree U.S. SmallCap Quality Dividend Growth Index is a fundamentally weighted index that consists of the small-capitalization segment of dividend-paying stocks with growth characteristics. The primary starting screening universe for this index is the constituents of the WisdomTree U.S. SmallCap Dividend Index, or the bottom 25% of the market capitalization of the WisdomTree U.S. Dividend Index after the 300 largest companies have been removed. From this primary universe, the Index is comprised of the top 50% of companies with the best combined rank of growth and quality factors. The growth factor ranking is based on long-term earnings growth expectations, while the quality factor ranking is based on three year historical averages for return on equity and return on assets. The Index is dividend weighted annually to reflect the proportionate share of the aggregate cash dividends each component company is projected to pay in the coming year, based on the most recently declared dividend per share. The index was established with a base value of 200 on April 11, 2013.

Prior to August 31, 2015, the WisdomTree U.S. SmallCap Quality Dividend Growth Index was named the WisdomTree U.S. SmallCap Dividend Growth Index.
