WisdomTree Europe Equity Income Index

The WisdomTree Europe Equity Income Index is a fundamentally weighted Index that measures the performance of companies with high dividend yields selected from the WisdomTree International Equity Index. At the index measurement date, companies within the WisdomTree International Equity Index that are listed on one of the major stock exchanges in Europe with market capitalizations of at least $200 million and that meet additional liquidity requirements are ranked by dividend yield. Securities ranking in the highest 30% by dividend yield are selected for inclusion. Companies are weighted in the Index based on annual cash dividends paid. The original base date was May 31, 2006 but the index had a period from June 19, 2009 to September 5, 2014 when it was not calculated in real time.

A fund or portfolio may differ significantly from the securities included in the Index. Index performance assumes reinvestment of dividends, but does not reflect any management fees, transaction costs or other expenses that would be incurred by a portfolio or fund, or brokerage commissions on transactions in Fund shares. Such fees, expenses and commissions could reduce returns.
