Sub-index component change: RBOB gasoline within the WisdomTree Enhanced Commodity Index

For liquidity reasons, the RBOB gasoline sub-index component of the WisdomTree Enhanced Commodity Index (ER ticker: WTENCME; TR ticker: WTENCMT) will be switched from the Bloomberg Commodity RBOB Gas Seasonal Roll Index (BCOMSRB) to the Bloomberg Seasonal Bi-Annual RBOB Gas Index (BCOMSBRB).

The change is classified as non-material: the Index's investment objective and overall commodity exposure are unchanged.

The switch will be implemented over five business days, beginning after market close on 5 June 2026 and completing after market close on 11 June 2026. On each roll day, 20% of the existing BCOMSRB futures position will be closed and rolled into BCOMSBRB futures. Effective 12 June 2026, the Index will use BCOMSBRB as its sole RBOB gasoline sub-index component going forward.
