Restrike of certain ETP Securities issued by WisdomTree Multi Asset Issuer PLC

The Issuer wishes to notify holders of a Restrike Event of WisdomTree Natural Gas 3x Daily Leveraged (“3NGL")

At 17:17 (London time) on 2 February 2026, the underlying index for 3NGL broke through the threshold level which, under the Base Prospectus, triggers an automatic “Restrike Event”. The Restrike Event happened out of hours on exchange and therefore no suspension of 3NGL was required.

An announcement has been made with the details of the Restrike Events and the Restrike Price per ETP Security in respect of 3NGL.
