Restrike of certain ETP Securities issued by WisdomTree Multi Asset Issuer PLC

The Issuer wishes to notify holders of a Restrike Event of WisdomTree Brent Crude Oil 3x Daily Short (“3BRS ")

At 01:50 (London time) on 9 March 2026, due a movement in Brent crude oil futures, and therefore the level of the Reference Benchmark used for WisdomTree Brent Crude Oil 3x Daily Short (“3BRS"), a Restrike Event occurred in respect of 3BRS. Such Restrike Event occurred outside of the Standard Trading Hours for this ETP and constitutes an Overnight Restrike in accordance with the product terms for this ETP. A period of suspension across relevant exchanges was requested on the morning of 9 March 2026 to facilitate orderly communication of the Restrike Price.

An announcement has been made with the details of the Restrike Event and the Restrike Price per ETP Security in respect of 3BRS.

Terms used in this notice bear the same meanings as where used in the Base Prospectus dated 25 September 2025.
