WisdomTree Asset Management is seeking a Consultant Relations Analyst (CRA) to be based in our Midtown Manhattan headquarters. In this role, you will work closely with a Consultant Relations Manager(s) to increase WisdomTree’s presence and usage within the consultant community. We are seeking candidates with a strong knowledge of the asset management industry and a winning attitude. A successful CRA is a results oriented individual who is able to work independently, under time constraints, and consistently produce thorough, accurate and timely deliverables. The individual should have a solid understanding and curiosity of investment products, a thorough knowledge of the institutional market, coupled with strong interpersonal, analytic and project management skills. This individual will promote sharing and exchange of knowledge and trends across the sales team and greater organization.

 

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a working knowledge of the Institutional Marketplace including trends & search activity across the various consultants and plan types including pensions, E&F, DC, Insurance, Hospitals and more
  • Become an expert on WisdomTree and our strategies including equity, fixed income & liquid alternatives
  • Assist the Consultant Relations Manager in all aspects of territory management from collecting knowledge of the different consulting firms and their individual contacts and using that information to develop and execute a business plan
  • Coordinate consultant meeting invites, preparation and follow up
  • Partner closely with the broader firm to respond to dead-line driven common client requests, ad hoc queries and request for proposals (RFP)
  • Serve as the project manager overseeing all input and output of Institutional Databases
  • Customize sales & marketing content and materials (emails, newsletters, blogs, presentations, whitepapers) to make it applicable and engaging to institutional consultants
  • Prepare internal & external reports using various sources and systems, relying heavily on Microsoft Excel and other tools to help streamline and manage the ongoing reports

Skills & Experience:

  • BS/BA required, preferably in Finance, Economics or a related field
  • Current Series 7 and 63 preferred
  • 2-7 years of Institutional Investment experience
  • Proven understanding of the asset management industry & institutional investment marketplace
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (written & verbal), organizational, and presentation skills as well as strong strategic, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a challenging and fast paced environment

WisdomTree is seeking a Client Solutions Distribution Analyst to be a key contributor in driving our Client Solutions Program to domestic and global partners.  The Client Solutions group is charged with developing, managing and marketing WisdomTree’s Solutions Platform including Portfolio Construction Services, Model Portfolios, Practice Management and Advisor Growth Technology. This position reports to Head of Client Solutions within the Global Distribution team. Job Description

WisdomTree is seeking a Fund Manager to assist in review and preparation of regulatory reports and oversight of all accounting functions related to the WisdomTree family of Exchange Traded Funds. This position will report to the Assistant Treasurer within the Fund Accounting & Administration department. The ideal candidate will have at least five to seven years of experience in fund accounting and administration. He or she must be a reliable self-starter, possess excellent communication skills and be comfortable dealing with various internal and external service providers. This position also requires an organized, efficient, results-oriented individual with strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Daily oversight of NAV calculation and fund accounting activities
  • Reviewing of financial statements
  • Coordinating financial statement process and interfacing with legal and fund auditors to answer questions and resolve issues
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of regulatory filings such as SEC Forms N-SAR, N-CSR, N-Q, N-PX, 24F-2, and IRS Form FBAR
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of fund prospectuses and SAIs
  • Reviewing daily, monthly and ad hoc requests for fund information (i.e. expense ratios, fund fact sheets, fund performance, fund surveys, and other statistical data)
  • Assisting in the preparation of quarterly board report materials
  • Calculating and facilitating payment of management and sub-advisory fees
  • Assisting in the preparation and review of income and capital gain distributions
  • Reviewing IRS quarterly diversification tests
  • Reviewing monthly proxy voting reports
  • Special projects as needed

Basic Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of fund accounting and administration experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Proficient with Bloomberg and Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Highly motivated to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Understanding of ETF back-office operations

  • Develop written content on fixed income index construction, risk management, and quantitative solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3-7 years of experience, 3+ years focused on fixed income markets
  • Exceptional quantitative and problem solving skills, capable of communicating complicated ideas

  • Promote sharing and exchange of industry knowledge and trends across the sales team and greater organization
  • Travel within the territory quarterly and attend industry conferences when appropriate

Skills & Experience:

  • BS/BA required, business related degree preferred.
  • Additional advanced degrees or certifications a plus
  • Current Series 7 and 63 preferred
  • 1-2 years’ experience with a financial services company specializing in ETFs, mutual funds, or separate accounts
  • Proven understanding of the asset management industry
