Prior to establishing WisdomTree, Jonathan founded, and served as Chairman and CEO of Individual Investor Group, Inc. From 1998 to 2004, he held the role of editor-in-chief of Individual Investor and Ticker magazines. Before his entrepreneurial accomplishments, Jonathan was an analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions division at Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc. He attended The Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania, and is the author of Midas Investing, published by Random House in 1996.

Bruce Lavine, CFA
President & COO of WisdomTree

Bruce Lavine has been President and Chief Operating Officer of WisdomTree since May 2006. Prior to this, he spent 10 years with Barclays Global Investors (BGI), primarily in its exchange-traded funds business. During his tenure at BGI, Bruce held various leadership positions including: Head of Europe, CFO and Director of New Product Development for Barclays iShares. Prior to joining BGI, Bruce worked as a plan sponsor helping to manage the assets of the Bristol-Myers Squibb pension plan. He earned a BS and an MBA from the University of Virginia and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Amit Muni

Amit Muni serves as Chief Financial Officer of WisdomTree Investments, Inc., and brings nearly 20 years of diversified financial management experience to the company, encompassing public offerings, reporting, compliance, accounting and investor relations. Mr. Muni joined WisdomTree after serving as Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of International Securities Exchange Holdings, Inc. (ISE) for more than five years, during which he was responsible for all controller functions for one of the world’s largest equity options trading venues.

Luciano Siracusano
Chief Investment Strategist & Director of Sales of WisdomTree

As Chief Investment Strategist for WisdomTree, Luciano oversaw the creation and development of the company's proprietary index methodology and other intellectual property. Luciano also serves as Director of Sales and manages the firm's sales team. Before joining WisdomTree in 1999, he was an Equity Analyst at Value Line, Inc. Prior to his career in finance, Luciano served as a Special Assistant to HUD Secretary Henry Cisneros and as a Special Assistant to New York Governor Mario M. Cuomo. Luciano is a graduate of Columbia College, Columbia University.

Peter Ziemba
Executive Vice President – Business and Legal Affairs & General Counsel of WisdomTree

Peter Ziemba brings to WisdomTree more than 25 years of experience with Graubard Miller, a leading New York-based firm, where he was a partner in their Corporate and Securities department. Mr. Ziemba's practice concentrated in the representation of public companies in securities, governance and disclosure matters, mergers and acquisitions and a wide variety of general corporate matters. He represented both issuers and investment banks in numerous public and private offerings of equity and debt securities. Mr. Ziemba also led Graubard Miller's hedge fund practice, counseling clients with respect to the creation and operation of such funds. Mr. Ziemba received his B.A., with honors, from Binghamton University and his J.D., cum laude, from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he served as Managing Editor of the Cardozo Law Review.
