Internal Wholesaler

Job Description

WisdomTree Asset Management is seeking an Internal Wholesaler for our Broker/Dealer ("NFS") sales team based in our Midtown Manhattan headquarters. In this role, you will work closely with an established Regional Sales Directors to increase sales of our exchange traded funds ("ETFs"). We are seeking candidates with a strong knowledge of the financial services industry and a winning attitude.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Regional Directors to initiate and maintain a sales pipeline of Prospects via proprietary databases, mass media and referrals
  • Proactively contact key individuals via phone calls and targeted emails
  • Deliver value added commentary, research, data, and due diligence material to Advisors throughout the sales cycle
  • Promote sharing and exchange of industry knowledge and trends across the sales team and greater organization
  • Travel within the territory quarterly and attend industry conferences when appropriate

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • BS/BA required, business related degree preferred. Additional advanced degrees or certifications a plus

Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

WisdomTree Investments is seeking a marketing coordinator with at least 1 year agency or client-side experience in an administrative capacity. In this role, you will support the marketing team with day-to-day tactical projects.

The ideal Marketing Coordinator will be an individual who has great project management skills, is very organized, flexible and adaptable to change as our business grows and develops. Capable of running and managing a number of projects, you must enjoy variety and demonstrate high levels of organization whilst at all times prioritizing your workload in order to meet deadlines and key objectives. Marketing Associate

Job Description

WisdomTree Investments is seeking a marketing associate with 2-3 years agency or client-side experience in financial services marketing. In this role, you will support the marketing team in production, design, branding and content creation in conjunction with the Company’s overall product distribution efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with partners to ensure all quarter-end sales collateral is appropriately updated. This includes acting as a point of contact for key fund, research, compliance and sales partners and helping to oversee our relationship with advertising agencies, as well as drafting and distributing all correspondence related to the updates with the sales team.
  • Managing the work flow production of all marketing collateral. Responsible for intra-department coordination to develop content/ gather/verify data, manage compliance reviews as well as ALPS review and sign off.
  • Partnering with sales for other support, such as: fulfilling requests from the sales team for: FINRA letters or approval screenshots from our distributor’s online record-keeping system, working with compliance on approving one-off sales requests, creating custom product listings for Regional Directors, updating sales maps (Wirehouse and RIA)
  • Partnering with Compliance for review of all key marketing materials.
  • Completing sales-related and marketing administrative projects that include running marketing and sales reports, conducting research on company and other assignments in database.

AP Accountant

Job Description

Fixed Income Strategist, Credit

Job Description

This candidate will be the credit based products specialist, while also serving as a generalist with product expertise across the fixed income asset suite.   • Serve as the primary specialist for credit based products in sales support, product development, and research
  • Provide front-line sales support in soliciting and nurturing large client relationships

Public Relations Associate

WisdomTree Investments (NASDAQ: WETF) has a Public Relations Associate position available in New York, NY.  This person will be responsible for helping to build and maintain WisdomTree’s brand and reputation and helping to maintain a positive perception of the company through interaction with external audiences.   Reports to the Director of Corporate Communications & Investor Relations, with a specific focus on media relations.

Job Description

  • Manage and grow media relations programs including traditional and new social media mediums
  • Become a WisdomTree product expert and primary contact for reporters covering WisdomTree
  • Manage media inquiries and facilitate through proper framework
  • Coordinate press interviews with senior managers, broadcast and print
  • Draft press releases and manage press release distribution process, external and internal

RFP Specialist

WisdomTree Asset Management is seeking an experienced RFP Specialist.  Responsibilities include serving as a project manager, writing and maintaining investment language used within client proposals, and collaborating with sales team and various stakeholders to manage the production and execution of RFPs/RFIs. This individual will also have responsibility for completing due diligence, client and consultant questionnaires and updating existing data. The successful candidate will have experience or in-depth knowledge of the asset management industry. Relevant experience with institutional investors, as well as product knowledge relating to ETPs, fixed income, equity and alternative asset classes would be distinct advantages.

Job Description

  • Completing and coordinating high quality and accurate RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and consultant questionnaires
  • Develop and follow RFP process/guidelines and effectively manage timelines while meeting internal and external deadlines
  • Crafting new and more complex RFP responses, as well as enhancing existing language
  • Work effectively with various internal groups to process and obtain relevant information for questions

Global Business Development Manager

We are hiring a Global Business Development Manager to help identify new international opportunities, maintain existing international markets, and develop strategies for approaching potential markets. We are seeking candidates with a broad range of asset management experience with 5-7 years minimum of international business experience.

Job Description

  • Develop new international markets
    • Work with foreign regulators, stock exchanges, and/or tax authorities to seeks opportunities for WisdomTree ETFs in international markets
    • Launch depository receipts / cross-list WisdomTree ETFs on foreign markets
    • Register/maintain US ETFs with foreign pension or other qualified investment scheme regulators (e.g. CONSAR, CCR, etc.)
    • Establish local office/presence in certain markets (e.g. Hong Kong) as required
    • Research and coordinate strategy for new WisdomTree markets
  • Global promotion/marketing of US ETFs
    • Raise assets in US Listed ETFs in markets where WisdomTree is able to interact directly with qualified foreign clients

    • Develop and support existing relationships with local distributors, brokers, and third party marketing agents outside the US to promote and raise AUM in the US listed ETF

    • Handle in-bound inquiries for foreign investors seeking information on US ETFs and follow-up on opportunities

  • Pursue Business Development Opportunities

    • Engage international equity and options exchanges to further promote Wisdom Tree ETFs (including the listing of derivatives of WT indexes, ETFs)
    • Develop/maintain relationships with the bank structured product desks
    • Develop foreign index license opportunities for pooled investment vehicles (including mutual funds, ETFs)
    • Collaborate with US sales / key accounts to ensure that WisdomTree ETFs are approved on platforms globally (e.g. global private banks)

Desired Skills and Experience

  • MBA or CFA a plus
  • Series 7, 63 required. Potential for future requirement for certain foreign securities licenses
  • 5-7 years asset management, equity derivatives, structured product, and/or sales/trading experience
  • Minimum of 3 years specific ETF experience. Experience with non-US investment product structures such as SICAV, UCITS
